How to Extract Insights with Pipefy AI Analytics

Some users may face difficulties in extracting insights from their processes in Pipefy. This can make data analysis complex and time-consuming, affecting efficiency and decision-making.

AI Analytics was developed to solve these problems, providing users with a simple, conversational, and accessible way to obtain detailed analyses of their process performance.

AI Analytics is a tool that provides analytical insights and suggestions to improve workflow efficiency. Ideal for process administrators and team members, AI Analytics allows users to identify bottlenecks, assess process performance, and optimize operations with ease, without requiring advanced technical knowledge.

What AI Analytics Can Do:

  • Process Analysis: AI Analytics can provide detailed information about your process performance, such as identifying bottlenecks and areas that need improvement.

  • Efficiency Insights: The chatbot offers practical suggestions to enhance process efficiency, such as adding new phases or fields based on the analytical data obtained.

  • Execution of Adjustments: In addition to providing insights, AI Analytics can suggest specific changes to the process, such as including new phases or fields to optimize workflow.

How to Start Using AI Analytics

AI Analytics is accessible directly from the Pipe page, located in the lower right corner. It works through a simple conversational interface where users can interact intuitively.

When accessing your Pipe view, you will see the "AI" button on the lower right side of your screen.

Click the button, and you will see some suggested questions that you can ask AI Analytics.

Ask a question related to your process and Pipe. Use simple language without providing duplicate or contradictory information. Some example questions include:

  • "How is my supplier performance regarding delivery time?"

  • "Where are the biggest delays occurring in this process?"

  • "How many candidates are in each phase of my recruitment process, and in which phases do they spend the most time?"

  • "Which steps of the customer onboarding process are taking longer than expected?"

You can interact with the chat in a conversational manner, requesting information in the format you need.

Product Notes

AI Analytics is focused on providing detailed analyses and suggestions for optimizing existing processes. It does not offer the complete creation of new processes or the total restructuring of Pipes.

While it provides valuable insights on bottlenecks and efficiency, AI Analytics does not support future result predictions or advanced automation, such as conditional rules or email templates.

If AI Analytics cannot provide an adequate response or solution to a specific query, the chatbot may give a generic response or direct the user to additional support through action execution links.

To increase the accuracy of responses, try different ways of requesting an analysis from AI Analytics. Example: Instead of asking, "How many candidates declined the offer in the last 30 days?" try asking, "How many candidates went through the 'Offer Declined' phase in the last 30 days?"

AI can make mistakes, so ensure that the responses meet your needs.
