If you already use AI Assistant, you know that every new feature is designed to simplify and further connect your routine. Now, let's enhance your experience: see how easy it is to install our bot directly into Microsoft Teams and centralize your intelligent conversations!

Step 1: Configuring the Channel in AI Assistant

Greater agility to start using AI Assistant in Teams.

It all begins in your AI Assistant's settings area.

  • Access the Settings of the AI Assistant.

  • In the side menu, click on Channels.

  • Locate and click to add Microsoft Teams as a new channel.

  • If you are already logged into your Microsoft account, the connection may be direct. Otherwise, you will be prompted to log in.

  • After the request, the application will enter the installation phase. This process may take a few hours (usually, an estimated period of up to 24 hours is advised for full propagation).

Step 2: Approval by the Microsoft Teams Administrator

The right measure of control and security for your organization.

For the installation to be completed and the bot to be available to users in your organization, approval from an administrator of your Microsoft Teams environment is required.

  • The Teams administrator will need to access the application administration center.

  • They should search for the AI Assistant by Pipefy application (or the exact name registered for publication).

  • Upon locating the application, the administrator must click the option to Publish or Approve the application to the organization's store.

  • After approval, it may take a few hours for the application to appear as available in the internal (organization) Microsoft Teams store for all users.

Step 3: Interacting with your AI Assistant in Teams

Your intelligent Assistant ready to chat and act, right where you already work!

Once the application is approved and available:

  • In Microsoft Teams, search for and add the AI Assistant by Pipefy application from your organization's store.

  • Start a conversation with the bot. You can begin with a simple greeting, such as "Hello."

  • The bot will respond. If it's your first time accessing or if the session has expired, it may present a button or link for you to log in with your Pipefy account.

  • After logging in (if necessary), your Pipefy identity will be linked, and the conversation will flow normally. You can ask questions, request summaries, create cards, and much more, directly from Teams!

We continue to evolve to connect you to the tools you use most in your daily routine. With AI Assistant in Teams, your communication and productivity reach a new level of integration!
