The Auto-generated AI Assistant simplifies how you find and interact with information. It automatically understands the forms and documents on your Portals and Interfaces, allowing you to ask quick questions and get immediate answers instead of searching through content.
This creates a faster experience and saves everyone valuable time. Best of all, the assistant updates itself automatically as you add content, ensuring support is always accurate without any extra work.
What Auto-generated AI Assistants can do (For Users)
Interact faster with Page Content (documents)
Instead of downloading files, opening PDFs, and reading pages to find a simple rule, you can just ask a quick question.
Instead of reading the entire "Vacation Policy" ask: "What are the rules for requesting vacation?" and get the answer on the spot.
Check your Requests
It already knows all about your requests throwout Pipefy. You can ask: "What is the status of my reimbursement?" or "Show me my recent requests." The Assistant will instantly retrieve:
The current status of the demand.
The activity history and updates.
The filled form details, in case you need to check specific information you submitted.
Find Forms faster or let it Guide You
This Assistant also speeds up form filling by offering flexibility that fits your moment. It identifies available forms on the Portal/Interface, you ask and it can present two options:
Direct Link: Better for long or complex forms. The Assistant gives you a direct shortcut, saving you time searching.
Conversational Mode: Better for quick forms. The Assistant asks you in the chat and fills everything out for you.
How to Update it (For Portal/Interface Admins)
All existing and new Portals/Interfaces include Assistants. Update them with the information needed to support your users.
Edit your Portal or Interface: Open it and click on Edit.
Add Elements: Drag and drop Document elements and/or Form elements onto the canvas.
Select Content: Upload documents (PDF, max size 5MB) and/or select forms. Customize their names and descriptions.
Done! The Assistant learns instantly from the new content. If you update the PDF or change the form, it updates automatically. Open the Assistant on View live and just start chatting ๐
๐ Reads all Interface pages: It covers the entire Interface without needing to visit its specific pages.
๐ File Support: Auto-generated Assistants read documents, not links. Make sure to upload files via the Document element.
๐ Privacy: Access is strictly limited to the current Portal/Interface and user-created data.
๐ Priority: Manually created Assistants take priority and will hide the auto-generated one if present.
