Prerequisites: Who can access Integrations?
To access the Integrate button and build or edit integrations inside a Pipe, you must be a Pipe Admin.
If you are a Pipe Admin and your organization has already acquired the Integrations add-on, clicking the Integrate button in your Pipe header will take you directly to the integration flow builder.
However, depending on your organization's plan or your specific permission level, you might see one of the two screens below.
1. If your organization has not enabled the Integrations add-on
Integrations in Pipefy are a premium, paid add-on. Currently, this feature is not available as a free trial and must be officially contracted and activated by our internal teams.
If you are a Pipe Admin but your organization has not yet purchased the Integrations add-on, clicking the Integrate button will display a locked screen with a form.
What to do:
Fill out the interest form directly when you clicks on the I'm interested.
Submit your request.
Our Sales and Commercial team will contact you shortly to discuss your integration needs, provide pricing details, and help you activate the feature for your workspace.
2. If you are not a Pipe Admin
To protect your process architecture, only users with Pipe Admin permissions can access the integration builder.
If you do not have Admin permissions in that specific Pipe, clicking the Integrate button will show a restricted access modal with the following message:
"Contact your Pipe Admin to see if Integrations are enabled for your plan. They can assist with activation or update your role to grant you access."
What to do:
Reach out to your Pipe Admin: They are the best person to verify if your organization has already contracted the Integrations add-on.
Request a role update: If the feature is available in your plan and you need to build workflows, ask your Admin to promote your role to Pipe Admin so you can safely explore and create integrations.
