To access and manage your email notifications, (1) click on your account icon on the header's top right side and (2) select Account preferences.
Click on Notifications.
The notifications session refers to all pipes. Click on the checkboxes to select/unselect the options and save.
If you want to receive notifications only from specific pipes, go to Custom Notifications.
Click on Custom, select the desired options on the checkboxes, and save.
You can also keep them as Default by selecting this option.
🚨 Enabling notifications is necessary, but not sufficient. For an email to be sent, all of the conditions below must be met:
Notifications enabled in account preferences — The user must have notifications turned on as described above.
Notifications enabled in the Pipe — In addition to global preferences, notifications must also be enabled within each specific Pipe. Check under Notifications in the Pipe settings.
Involvement in the card — To receive notifications for card moves and comments, the user must be an assignee or have previously interacted with the card.
Being an assignee for due date notifications — Due date notifications are only sent to the user assigned to the card.
Click on the red Turn off button to stop receiving any notifications all at once.
