Pipefy can be accessed on computers and mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, according to your preferences. In this article you will learn how to use Pipefy's mobile app.

These are the points we covered:

First steps

To get started, download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play and login to your Pipefy's account.

On the home page you’ll see:

  1. Your pipes: a list of all the workflows you've created

  2. Other Pipes: a list of pipes created by other people in your company

  3. Search bar: use this tool to search and find pipes, databases, or templates

  4. Notifications: shows card updates and warnings. Click on this button to see what's new and mark which notices you've already read.

  5. Account Settings: click this button to change your account preferences (such as your name, language, or time zone).

At the bottom, you will find a menu with two options:

  • Home: click this button to return to the home page at any time

  • Requests: click this button to access all request forms created by your company, such as reimbursement or vacation requests.

How to access pipes and phases

On the home page, find the pipe you are looking for and click on it. Or, use the search bar to find it faster by just clicking on it and typing the pipe's name.

When accessing a pipe, you will see it in a list format, not in a kanban format (which is

When accessing a pipe, you will see it in a list format, not in a kanban format (which is how it appears on your computer). This makes it easy to view all phases on the same screen.

To open a phase and see all the cards in it, just click on the phase and the cards will appear below. All pipe's permission rules remain the same.

Pipe filters

At the top of the pipe, you can search for any word or using three smart filters: cards assigned to you, labels, and assignees. The filters are saved even when you exit the pipe, so you don't need to create a new filter every time you access the same pipe.

How to create, move, and delete cards

To create a new card in a pipe, just click the create new card button at the bottom of the screen.

When doing this, the initial form appears with the same fields and rules that were configured in the desktop version.

Fill in the fields with the requested information and click create new card.

A closed card will display the same information previously configured by the admin user, such as title, term, labels, assignee, and more. If the phase has too many cards, not all of them will appear immediately. To load more cards from a phase, simply tap Load More while dragging the cards down.

When opening a card, you will see two buttons at the top of it: (1) the left one to open the history and check the Start Form and previous phases’s information and (2) the right one to see the current phase fields. In the bottom of this page, you can check the activity history of the card, as well as comment and tag team members.

You can move a card by opening it in any phase, just touch the bottom button to select the next phase. Another possibility is to move the card without opening it. Touch the card and slide it to the left. Click on the blue button with an arrow icon to choose the next phase.

To delete a card, touch it and slide it to the left. Click on the red button with a trash icon.

How to create requests

Click on the requests button, which is at the bottom of the screen.

Select the request form you are looking for and fill in the fields. Then click submit request.

To follow up on requests, go to my requests.

To see more details about a request you've placed, just click on it.

📌 To create a request, you must have a Pipefy account and access to the company's public start forms.
