What are Audit logs?
Audit logs in Pipefy record every action taken in your process — whether at the pipe level or within individual cards. They provide a complete, timestamped history of who did what and when, ensuring process transparency and accountability.
How to access pipe Audit logs?
Open the pipe.
Click the Manage button.
Select the Audit logs option
Only Pipe Administrators can export logs feature. Through this option, admins can download audit logs from the last 30 days — excluding the current day.
Card Audit log (Activities)
Each card has its own activity log, available to anyone with access to that card.
To view a card’s audit log:
Open the card.
Go to the Activities tab.
Filter or sort events if needed to find a specific update.
