Pipefy AI features three main functionalities: AI Automation, Copilot (Analytics and Builder), and AI Agents (currently in Beta).
To build pipes from scratch, you will use our Copilot. Simply click the AI button in the bottom right corner of your home screen.
🔔 Attention: To use Pipefy AI, you must have any permission that allows you to create pipes within your organization on Pipefy.
After click on it, a chat window will open in the bottom right corner for you to interact with Pipefy AI. The chat presents some starting conversation options, but you can start the conversation in any way you prefer:
During this chat, you can describe your ideal process to Pipefy AI and ask questions. We recommend being clear and concise in your descriptions, using short phrases, and asking one question at a time.
For example, you can describe a process from a specific area of your business (how many people are involved, what the steps are, etc.). You can also ask Pipefy AI how a particular process works, and the AI will provide some examples for you. Here are some example questions:
How does an ideal procurement process work?
What can I automate in a recruitment process?
What are the best practices for optimizing a sales funnel?
How can I create an ideal service desk process in Pipefy?
How can I manage a requisition process in a company of 100 people?
You can also provide Pipefy AI with any additional information you think is important, so the responses will be more accurate.
For example: My company has 100 employees and deals with mobile phone insurance. Our insurance process involves receiving claims, fraud validation, reimbursement approval, scheduling, and payment. How do companies like mine manage this process?
There are many possibilities! You can interact with Pipefy AI as if you were talking to any person. The AI will offer tips, guidance, and recommendations. Check out the details below:
When you are satisfied with the questions and have described the process you want to build, simply click the Create a Pipe button and wait a few seconds.
The link to the process will appear in the chat, and you can click on it to be redirected to the pipe created based on your conversation with Pipefy AI.
The process created by Pipefy AI comes with a pre-configured form, ready phases, and fields. Explore the pipe and prepare to customize it as you wish. The final result depends on the amount of information you provided in the chat and how detailed or general your descriptions were.
This is just one way to get started with Pipefy and build processes in an agile, optimized, and simple manner, without the need for coding or external assistance.
