Portals are more organized ways to centralize all of your company's requests. If you don't know what they are, click here to check the details.
In this article, I will show you, step-by-step, how to edit your Portal and make it look like your company's!
Step 1: Accessing your Portals
To start, you will need to locate the globe icon (on the right side of the features sidebar) and select it.
Step 2: Choosing what type of Portal you want to edit
Choose what type Portal do you wish to edit — is it a Finances or a Supplier Control Portal? — and click on it. You can also click on the ellipsis icon next to the share option, and start editing thought there.
Once you enter a Portal, it is time to start customizing everything that is still not in it:
- Your company's logo;
- The Portal's name;
- A description of what the Portal is about;
- A header image;
- Choose what public forms will be contained in this Portal;
To see how the customization works in motion, just click on the video:
You can also add a custom button block in your Portal (leading to your website, for example). It's possible to change the button's text and color.
Step 3: Saving and sharing your Portal
After customizing your Portal, just remember to save it (if you don't, you might lose your work).
To share your Portal with the other departments, simply select the "Share" option in the upper right corner:
Or... you can also select the "Share" button when the Portal is closed.
And that is it. I hope the Portals help your company's department to organize requests and gain more control over them! :)
