Pipefy 2.0 is already live and you can access it now! This is a brand new version of the platform with new features, better stability and more speed to boost your processes even more.

Check out some of the changes you will find in Pipefy 2.0:

1. Customization

The first page you see when you log in on Pipefy is the pipes page (the company page), where all of your pipes are displayed. Now, admin users can change each pipe's color and their icons directly on the pipes page, just click on the three dots button to open the options.

2. Global Navigation (Left Side Menu)

You can open and expand the navigation menu at any time. Click on the icon on the upper left corner to open the menu to check features and links to other pages. If you prefer, you can let this menu permanently open or closed.

3. Help Sidebar

On the pipes page (the initial screen), there's a fixed sidebar with content to help users through the platform. You can find videos and links to articles here, different content to help you explore Pipefy at its maximum. You can always open the Help Sidebar for contextualized help on other pages, just click on the help icon (the button with a "?" symbol) located in the navigation menu.

4. Managing Members

Admin users can manage members directly on the pipes page, just click on the right upper corner button Manage Members. A new window will open with all members of the company or the pipe, if you’re inside a process. Now, you also can search the user by name.

5. Start Form

The Start Form can only be accessed in the pipe's header, on the upper left corner. The button has the title you set for the Start Form; therefore, it can be New Opportunity, New Onboarding, New Invoice and so on.

6. Phases

Now, all phases can have specific colors. The color option is found in the phase header (name); just click on the three-dot button on the side to open the options and change the colors.

7. List View

The List View shows information that could only be seen in Kanban previously. Now, the colors of the phases, labels, due dates and the assignees’ avatars are displayed here. Depending on the type of your process, the List View may work best for you.

8. Closed Card

Now the closed card shows more information than before. Labels display the full name and not only the color bullet. In the case of a dark background, the label name will appear white, and in the case of a light background, the label name will appear dark. Also, field icons and names were added to the closed card to make the content easier to read in a summarized layout.

A blue button will appear in closed cards that have connections. If the card does not have connections, nothing will appear. Keep in mind that you can’t add connections through the closed card but only by the open card. New pipe colors and icons were added to the connections too, so it’s even better to visualize connected cards in the Kanban.

9. Open Card

The open card is bigger to make information easier to read. The logic remains the same: on the left, you can check the details of the Start Form and the previous phases, while on the right, the information of the current phase.

Depending on your screen’s resolution, a third column appears with the option to move the card from phase. The Move To button options no longer appear when you hover over it; you have to click on it to see the options to move. This makes it easier to move cards and to avoid moving them by mistake.

10. Open Card Buttons And Tabs

Due dates, assignees and labels appear at the top left side, just click over them to perform an action. Below these buttons, you'll see other buttons that work as tabs inside the card: emails, checklists, comments, attachments and even a tab for the Start Form.

There is no more option to close the tab using the [X] button; the tab will keep open until you click on another tab, and the Start Form is always the first tab with the previous phases.

11. Pipe Settings

Pipe settings are accessed within the tools menu, which you can access by clicking on the pipe header's gear icon. Within pipe settings, you set different configurations related to the pipe itself, such as changing the pipe's icon and color and choosing which fields will be displayed on the closed cards in Kanban.

12. Dashboards

Dashboards came to replace the old Metrics feature. With Dashboards, you can create custom charts and combine different data from your pipes to extract valuable insights, with greater depth than Metrics.

We really hope you enjoy exploring Pipefy 2.0 new possibilities, features and visuals. In case you find any bugs, don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’ll take a look as soon as possible to bring an even better experience in Pipefy 2.0.
