Starting on 03/01/2021, Pipefy will have new pricing policies for users who want to subscribe for paid plans, such as Business and Enterprise.

For now, the update doesn’t affect paid users; Pipefy's Customer Success team will get in touch with customers to inform how the transition of plans will work in the coming months, offering all the support.

For new customers, the changes will take effect on 3/1. The main one is that it is now possible to purchase separate add-on packages, with more automation jobs or API calls, for example, without necessarily having to do a plan upgrade.

Besides Dashboards, all items listed are charged according to the company account and not to users.

Check out what’s new:

1. Automation Jobs + Automation Rules

There are no longer limits to automation rules you create, regardless of the plan (Free, Business or Enterprise). However, there are limits based on automation jobs, which are the number of times an automation is triggered (every time the event occurs).

Automation rules: the definitions of the automation steps, the trigger event and the action that must occur. For example, when a card is updated (trigger event), it is moved to a certain phase (action). They are unlimited, so you can set up rules for different scenarios, and for each of them, an automation action can occur.

Automation jobs: the automation triggers, when trigger events occur. Using the previous example, every time a field is updated, an action is triggered to move the card to a chosen phase. Remember to configure automations correctly and check all fields; otherwise, you can consume automation actions configured in the wrong way.

🔔 Tip: If you want to check the number of automation jobs you use per month, visit the billing page inside Pipefy. Here you can track how many jobs you are using in real-time.

🔔 Attention: Automation jobs are counted in the company's account. For example, if you are a free plan user, you have 15 automation jobs per month, which can be spent on the same rules or on different rules, until the limit is reached. Unlimited rules don't apply to each type of individual automation.

If you want to increase your automation jobs limit without upgrading the plan to Enterprise, you can do so through a bundle of add-ons, with different sizes.

To request an add-on, preferably contact your CSM or open a ticket by chat with our support team. If you are a customer of the Unlimited plan, contact your CSM for more details.

🔔 Attention: Even when an action cannot be carried out in a process, it's counted as complete due to the verification step. For example, if you set up an automation that moves cards to a specific phase and that card does not fulfill the conditions to be able to move forward, the automation won't happen.

However, the action to verify if the automation should occur has happened (check field conditions), which counts as an action.

2. API Calls

There is a new limit of API calls, the information exchanged between Pipefy and external apps, you can make inside the platform. This way, it is possible to establish connections between Pipefy and the software you want, as long as a development team sets up the connections through the Open API.

3. Integrations

It is possible to create complex integrations in Pipefy with different software. First, you must request the integration to our team, who will evaluate the feasibility and create it according to your needs. These customizations are formed by integration tasks, which vary according to the complexity of the integrations performed. Check out the task packs:

To request an integration, you must be on the Enterprise plan. Fill out this form to send your request to our team.

4. Dashboards

Dashboards are an add-on enabled within each pipe, charged according to the number of users registered in your company and not by the company account, unlike the add-ons listed above. There are two types of Dashboards: Basic and PRO. Check out the plans:
