How to create workflows on Pipefy
Click on create a new process. You can start from scratch or with a template model.
On Pipefy, each Pipe represents a workflow. You can view it as a Kanban, list, and other formats.
In the Kanban format, each column represents a workflow Phase, and each Card represents a task, request, or contact.
Cards: your workflows key piece
Cards are the main element of your processes because they centralize all the essential information about a demand. They may represent a request, a contact, or a task, depending on the workflow type.
In Pipefy, you can customize Cards by adding different kinds of fields on it.
Now, to create a new Card in a pipe, click on the blue plus sign button, at the bottom left of the screen.
