Company dashboard

This is what your company dashboard looks like: 

  1. Company: This is the name of the company you’re currently working at;

  2. Pipes: View your company's pipes;

  3. Database: View your company's databases;

  4. Apps & Integrations: Access the advanced apps and create automations;

  5. In-app chat: Get in touch with our team to ask us questions, share feedback or report bugs;

  6. Notifications: Access your notifications to find out what's going on within your pipes and cards;

  7. Profile image: Open a dropdown menu with these options: MyDesk, switch company, user settings, company settings (admin users only) and logout; 

  8. Invite members: Invite new members to your company. Note: this button is only visible to admin users and members in companies where the settings allow it;

  9. Members: View all your company's members and their roles; 

  10. Activities log: See what's happened to your company in a timeline overview;

  11. MyDesk: Easily access your MyDesk. Each user's MyDesk can only be accessed by him/herself, it's directly bound to the user's account;

  12. Favorite pipes: Click the star on the upper right corner to make it a favorite and see it before all other pipes;

  13. Private pipe: This lock icon indicates that this pipe is private. Only admin users and invited members can see and access it;

  14. Add new pipe: Create a new pipe using a pre-designed process template or start a new one from scratch.

Pipe dashboard

This is what your pipe dashboard looks like:

  1. Company: The name of the company you’re currently viewing;

  2. Pipe: The name of the pipe you’re currently in;

  3. Cards: View your process and all its activities (cards) in different phases;

  4. Reports: - Reports allow you to view all the information from your cards, filter and cluster it into customizable tables;

  5. Calendar: The calendar is an app that shows all your pipe's cards with a due date in a calendar format. Easily view cards that are due today, this week or this month; 

  6. In-app chat: Get in touch with Pipefy's team to ask us questions, share feedback or report bugs;

  7. Notifications: Access your notifications;

  8. Profile picture: Open a dropdown menu with the following options: MyDesk, switch company, user settings, company settings (admin only) and logout;

  9. Invite members: Invite new members to your pipe;

  10. Members: View all this pipe's members and their permission levels'

  11. Metrics: Get an overview of your pipe's performance through a chart with all cards that are on time, late, expired and done, and a cumulative flow showing the amount of cards in each phase of your pipe;

  12. Activities log: See what happened to this pipe in a timeline overview; 

  13. Filter: Filter your pipe's cards based on title, subtitle, label or assignee;

  14. Pipe settings: Open the sidebar menu to access the pipe's settings. Only pipe admins have access to the pipe’s settings ; 

  15. Phase: Phase name and amount of cards currently in it; 

  16. Create new card - Here’s where you create a new card, or activity, on your pipe by filling out the start form

  17. Phase settings - This button here is a shortcut to your phase’s settings. Move the order of your phases, add a new one, delete or edit the fields
