How to create workflows
To create a workflow, click on create a new process. You can start from scratch or with a template model.
On Pipefy, each pipe represents a workflow. You can view it as a kanban, a list, and other formats.
In the kanban format, each column represents a workflow phase, and each card represents a task, a request, or a contact.
Cards: your workflows key piece
Cards are the main element of your processes because they centralize all the essential information about a demand.
As we said, a card may represent a request, a contact, or a task. It will depend on the workflow type.
In Pipefy, you can customize a card's fields so they always make the most sense for what you need.
Pipes and databases
It’s easy to navigate between pipes and databases on Pipefy.
With a single click, you have quick access to your clients, suppliers, and other contacts data. Just connect a pipe to a database, and it will appear in a new tab header.
📌 Pro tip: The name of this connection between your pipe and a database will be the title of the new tab. So, choose a clear and objective one.
