Azure AD is a system access management cloud service created by Microsoft. It offers greater security to companies and their employees while working on a system to avoid cyber attacks.
This tool is widely used to manage users and, in the case of Pipefy, you can use Azure AD to add, modify, and delete members all at once, instead of doing it manually.
The first step is to integrate Azure AD to Pipefy, then you can create or delete members from your organization.
Here is how to do it:
Creating a User
1. Go to Users
2. Click on New User.
3. Choose Create an User.
4. Fill in the users information. Only user name and name are required. Then, click on Create.
The synchronization can take up to 40 minutes to be done. But, it is possible to sync manually in the case of creating a new user if you go to Provisioning and follow the steps on the provision on demand below.
