⏩ TL;DR

Manage people in your company at Pipefy to have control over your plan and charges:

  • Your plan determines the number of Pipefy users you are entitled to.

  • Super admins, admins, and members cost more and can incur charges.

  • Company or external guests will not incur charges, but they cannot have different roles in pipes or databases.

  • Company guests that create pipes in your company will automatically become members, which can incur charges.

Plans and limit of people

Pipefy offers four plans for companies, each with different limits and features:

Starter

Free plan with limited features and resources. You can add a maximum of 10 users with the role of admin.

Business

Paid plan with access to all of Pipefy’s features. The number of users available to the company can vary according to the contract.

Enterprise

Paid plan with access to all Pipefy’s features, add-ons, and the possibility of contracting specialized services. The number of users available to the company can vary according to the contract.

Unlimited

Paid plan with access to all of Pipefy’s features, add-ons, and the possibility of contracting specialized services. Ideal for companies that need unlimited resources. The number of users available to the company can vary according to the contract.

What users are charged in my plan

The value per user can vary from plan to plan, but only users with the following roles are charged:

  • Super admins

  • Admins

  • Members

📢 Keep in mind: If you add people in any of those roles, it can cause charges if they exceed the number of contracted users. You can be charged from the moment you send the invitation, not when they accept it, even if the user is already part of another company. Learn more about company roles and permissions.

The same goes for case in which you remove a user; the value of their remaining time will be credited to your account and discounted in the next payment cycle.

You can add company users to pipes and databases with different roles and permissions, but remember that, depending on their role, it can cause charges.

Company and external guests will not incur charges, but they cannot be members or have any other role.

📢 Keep in mind: If a company guest creates a pipe, they will become a member, which will incur automatic charges. Learn how to manage guest users.
