How to solve the DNS problem

If you are trying to access Pipefy and a DNS error returns (Domain Name System) dns_probe_finished_nxdomain, your browser is probably blocking Pipefy’s domain.

Follow the instructions below to solve the problem:

Google Chrome

  1. Open your Google Chrome browser and click the three-point icon at the top of your screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. In the menu on the left, click Privacy & Security.

  4. Next, click Security.

  5. Scroll down until you see Use Secure DNS.

  6. Make sure the option Use Secure DNS is active.

  7. Choose Cloudfare (1.1.1.1).

Other browsers

To solve the problem with other browsers, you need to navigate to advanced security settings and make sure you are using the Secure DNS option.
