Pipefy is developing a usage statistics feature to enhance your company's governance and visibility over essential data. It allows you to optimize costs, view automation jobs used, and, soon, much more!This feature also allows you to monitor API usage, helping you manage API call limits effectively.
In its present state, the Usage dashboard displays the number of automation jobs your company has used, the number of total available automation jobs, and the number of automation jobs each pipe has used. Additionally, it provides insights into API usage, including tracking the number of API calls made within your account.
API Usage Monitoring: To track your API usage, navigate to the 'API Usage' section within the Usage Statistics dashboard. This section provides real-time data on API call volumes, helping you stay within your plan's limits.

How to access the usage stats
Click your profile image in the upper right corner of your screen. Then, click in Admin Panel, you will be directed to your company's administrator screen, on the left side of the screen, the option Usage Stats will be listed. Click on it.
On this screen, you'll have access to the total number of automation jobs used and available, as well as the number of automation jobs used per pipe.You can also track the API usage statistics, ensuring adherence to your plan's usage limits.
If you need to find a specific process, just use the search bar.
Click Download report; you’ll receive the report in your email.
You now have visibility over the number of automations your company uses in total and by pipe. This can be an invaluable tool for seeking out the processes that consume the most automation Jobs and taking control of your business’s Pipefy costs!
🔔 Attention: Usage statistics are updated every 12 hours, starting from the moment the user accesses them.
