🎯 For those who want to update cards in bulk
⏩ Summary:
Learn how to use the bulk action feature to perform updates on multiple cards simultaneously in your pipe.
💡 Important notes:
This feature is available only in List view.
You can update a maximum of 10,000 cards per bulk action.
Currently, the following fields cannot be edited: ID, Dynamic Content, and Attachment
Bulk editing Assignees is only supported if the assignee field is configured at the card level, not the phase level.
📢 Attention: To perform bulk actions, you must have the Pipe admin role. Learn more about roles and permissions in Pipefy.
Bulk edit fields
Access your pipe.
In the pipe's header, click on List.
On the left side, select the cards you want to edit. Use the Filter to find specific cards.
Below the list, a menu will appear displaying the number of selected cards. Click on Bulk edit to modify any available fields.
Choose the new values or type in your changes, then click Edit cards.
⏳ Note: Depending on the number of cards being updated, it may take a few minutes for all changes to be applied.
Managing card assignees in bulk
Understand how assignee field configuration impacts bulk editing.
To add assignees without removing existing ones, the field must be configured at the card level.
Bulk editing assignees depends on how the field is configured:
Card-level field → you can add or update assignees via bulk edit
Phase-level field → bulk edit is not supported
If cards inherit assignees from the phase, you’ll need to move them out and back into the phase to update this value..
Bulk Move Cards
Access your pipe.
In the pipe's header, click on List.
On the left side, select the cards you want to edit. Use the Filter to find specific cards.
Below the list of selected cards, a menu will appear showing the number of selected cards. Click on Move cards.
Triggering automations with bulk actions
You can decide whether or not bulk actions will trigger automations by toggling the switch.
⏳ Note: Automations will only be triggered if you select up to 100 cards. If more than 100 cards are selected, the automation option will be unavailable.
Card deletion
The bulk deletion feature allows you to remove multiple cards at once. This option helps streamline card management by eliminating the need for manual, one-by-one deletions.
Go to your pipe
In the pipe's header, click on List.
Select the cards you want to delete
Click Delete cards
Type the confirmation phrase to proceed
▶ To delete cards in bulk, you must have pipe Admin role. Check your permissions before proceeding.
🚨 Be careful when deleting cards, as this action cannot be undone. Review your selection carefully before confirming.
