All pipes come with a set of default base actions displayed in the top of the form or in the upper right corner of the card in all phases.

These base actions are: due date, assignee, labels, attachments, checklist and comments.

You can choose to display or hide one (or more) of these base actions in your pipe's form and phases to give you more control over your processes.

This customization option is especially useful in cases when your process' rules demand that users are only able to add or modify assignees (or labels, or attachments) at a specific phase of your process.

By disabling the top buttons they'll no longer be displayed (either in the form, the phases or both).

Enabling/disabling the top buttons in the Start Form

To enable/disable the top buttons in your pipe's start form you need to open the pipe's start form then click on the "+" icon under the top buttons.

Once you do you'll see a list of the available top buttons (if you have an assignee select field in your form it won't be displayed in this list, for example):

You can then choose which of the options you want to enable/disable.

Enabling/disabling the top buttons in the Phases

To enable/disable the top buttons in all of your pipe's phases (what you establish in one phase will be the rule for all phases) you need to click the "+" icon next to the top buttons in the upper right corner of the card.

Once you do you'll see a list of the the top buttons:

You can then choose which of the options you want to enable/disable.

Observations:

When editing the top buttons in a phase that already has a due date, assignee select or label select field (with the option to sync with the card's fixed fields set) you'll see a warning message letting you know that, due to that field, that top button won't be displayed in that specific phase.

If you disable the attachments option you'll only be able to add/remove attachments by adding an attachment field to a specific phase of your pipe.

If you disable the checklist and comments base actions you'll no longer be able to add checklists or comments to your cards.
