🎯For those who want to manage and optimize their automations

⏩ Summary: Pipe administrators can now identify the reasons why an automation task was not executed, whether it was completed successfully, or if it is still in progress.

It's an easy-to-use logging system that provides historical data and real-time insights! With Automation Logs, you have access to:

  • Execution status of the automation trigger;

  • Which automations were successfully performed and which ones failed;

  • Date and time of the automation task;

  • List filtering and segmentation for display.

How to access automation logs

Access the pipe you want to consult the log information for and click on Automations. You'll already find the logs next to the option of Create new automation.

Within the automation rule, you can also click on the button in the upper right corner to access the Automation logs.

A single click reveals a modal displaying the automation records, offering insights into the rule's performance over the past three months. For a more detailed analysis, opening any record within these logs will reveal detailed information about each execution. Some examples can be found below:

Now, you'll be able to have visibility over the status of all your consumed automations, identify the bottlenecks for failures, and best practices for the success of each task, as well as have more control over Pipefy's costs!

🔔 Attention: This feature is still in Beta and we'll soon update the article with more news on usage.
