With automations, you can boost your team's efficiency and avoid delays in different tasks. Use automations to create automated prioritization processes that focus on getting overdue tasks done as soon as possible. This way, whenever a task/card becomes overdue, you can automatically bring it to the attention of the team.
Before creating the automation
Create a high priority/overdue tasks phase and make sure all of your tasks have a due date field. You can guarantee this by adding a mandatory due date field in the start form or a phase.
Create the automation
Go to the pipe where you want to create the automation (you must be an admin member) and click on the Automation button located in the header. Then, click on Add new automation.
Select the event (in the left-side column) When an alert is triggered. Choose the action Move a card to the phase “Overdue Phase.”
Name and save the automation! From now on, every time a card becomes overdue in this pipe, it'll automatically move to the high priority phase.
