🎯 For those who need access to a pipe’s data

⏩ Content Summary:

With pipe reports, you can monitor process metrics, keep track of your team's performance, and export information to a spreadsheet.

How to get to reports

Access the pipe that you want to generate a report from and click Reports.

To create a new report, click Add a report.

You will see a table with standard columns: Title, Current phase, Creator, and Created at. Each line is a card in your pipe.

Select the information you want to analyze

Click the Columns button to choose the information you’d like to see in your report. Use the selection boxes to choose attributes from cards or fields from the start form or phases.

Check the boxes next to the fields you’d like to display in the report.

To display specific information, click Add filter and select the desired options.

For example, add filters to view only the cards that are currently in the approval phase and have been assigned to Luis Lebleu.

Each field type offers different filtering options. Date type fields (such as date, due date, and date-time) offer three specific options:

  • Period: specific time periods like today, current week, previous week, etc.

  • Relative: less/exactly or more than any amount of days ago or ahead.

  • Absolute: before/after/on a specific date.

Other reporting features

Select this option to calculate the sum, average, minimum value, or maximum value of fields in your pipe. For example, in a purchasing process, the formula can show the sum of all values.

🔔 Attention: This feature works only in number or currency fields.

Overdue and expired cards

You can select columns to display the cards with active alerts, such as Overdue and Expired.

For either of those options, click the Columns icon (located next to the Formula and Export icons).

Next, select the following options from the menu:

  • Expired at: Shows the date the card expired. If the card has not yet expired, this information will be displayed as Unknown.

  • Overdue: Show whether the card is past due (or not) via Yes and No labels.

Click the Export icon to download your report as a spreadsheet. You can send it to your email, as well.

From there, you can extract your data and use it in software applications like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools.

🔔 Attention: Pipefy only exports reports with 30k lines or less. If your report (whether a company or pipe report) encompasses more than 30k cards, only the first 30k lines will be exported.

Save your report

Once you are satisfied with the layout of the report, click Save report. When you save it, you're creating a template for the report; all columns are now set in place.

The report is automatically updated, which is especially useful if you want to measure different data within one single pipe.
