I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page.
Below the email and password, click Can’t log in?
Next, choose the options to recover your password or the multi-factor authentication. Learn how multi-factor authentication works.
To recover the password, select the option Forgot my password and enter the email you use to access Pipefy. Then, click the blue button Send email.
You will see the confirmation that your message has been sent.
Verify your receipt of the link in your email. The email will have the subject Reset password instructions.
Click the blue button inside the email, Change my password.
Now enter your new password and click Save.
That’s it! You will be redirected to the login page; use your email address and the new password you have created.
I need to change my password
If you want to change your password, you can make this change in Accounts preferences.
Click your picture or your company’s name at the top of your screen.
After that, return to Accounts preferences.
Click Change password, located below your account information.
Enter your current password, then your new one, confirming it one more time. Click Save to apply this change.
