How time zones in email templates work

When inserting a datetime field as dynamic content in an email template, you can set the time zone to match the email recipient’s location. For example:

  • If you are in San Francisco, CA, USA, your time zone is GMT-8. To email someone in Sao Paulo, Brazil, set the time zone to GMT-3.

How to set up time zones

Open your pipe and go to the Email tab. Click on Email templates. Select the one you want to modify the time zone for.

Next, click on Language settings.

Choose the time zone and save.

By default, all templates come in the default time zone GMT 00:00. If you want to change it, you need to change each template.
