Check out some of the changes you will find in the New Automation Page:
1. New Column Visualization
The first thing you will see when you open the automation page is that the automation rules are now divided into two columns instead of only one, allowing you to see more rules at once.
Filter rules by Pipe and/or by Status. You can use and combine these possibilities to better find and manage your rules.
*In the filter options, you can only see and select pipes where you are an Admin.
a. By Pipe
Filter the automation rules by Pipe. This filter will return every rule that has either an event (trigger) and/or an action happening in the given Pipe.
b. By Status
You can also filter the automation rules by Status (Enabled or Disabled). It will return every rule that follows the given Status.
3. Automation Rules Count
Right below the filtering options, you can now see the total number of automation rules. This number will follow the filters already made.
For example, if there is no filter, it will return the total of automation rules from the pipes you are an Admin. But if you add any filter for a specific Pipe, the number will change for the total number of automation rules in the given Pipe, and so on. We really hope you enjoy the Automation Page new possibilities and visuals.
4. How to duplicate an automation?
If you want, you can duplicate a previously configured automation. To do so, click on the three dots button, located on the right side of each automation and then click on Duplicate. A new automation is created based on the parameters of the first one, but disabled to avoid broken automations.
This way, the new automation doesn't conflict with the original one, and you can make the adjustments you need. Lastly, save it to have a new automation running in your processes.
We really hope you enjoy the Automation Page new possibilities and visuals.
