First of all, we're very sorry to hear you no longer wish to continue with Pipefy. To request the cancellation of your subscription you need to be a company admin.
Here is how to do it:
Click on your profile picture and go to the Account preferences.
Access the Billing page, and select the option Cancel.
You'll be redirected to our experience survey. Once you're done answering the questions, click Send and you will receive a confirmation email about starting the cancellation process. After a few hours, you will receive another email with your account's cancellation date.

When can I cancel my subscription?
You can request cancellation at any time. When this happens, you must provide a 30-day notice before the end of your current billing period by filling out the form available in this link.
We will process the cancellation so that your subscription ends at the end of the current period. This means you cannot cancel your account with Pipefy immediately.
What happens to my account during the cancellation period?
All billing activities (plan renewal or addition of new users) that occur during the cancellation period will be charged accordingly. During this 30-day period, you will still be bound by the Pipefy contract, as well as the payment obligations.
Will I lose access to my account after canceling my plan?
The renewal of your plan is automatic until you request cancellation. We do not block your access to Pipefy after the cancellation request. The access will remain available for the time paid in advance, the only difference here is that your plan will no longer be renewed. We will notify you of the last date your account will be available.
What happens to my account when my plan is no longer renewed?
You will not lose your account and can still access it on the free (Starter) plan. However, this plan has limitations regarding the number of members, pipes, automations, conditionals, and other features, which will result in restrictions when your plan expires. The limits will be:
Up to 5 pipes;
Up to 10 users;
Up to 500 records in the database;
Up to 50 cards created every 30 days;
Only 10 AI credits every 30 days;
Only 15 automation tasks every 30 days;
Only 1 active automation rule;
Only 3 conditionals in fields;
Only 2 interfaces;
Only 1 connection between pipes or with databases;
Permissions for all members set to admin.
If you continue on the free plan after your paid plan expires, Pipefy may remove your organization and/or members within up to 180 days. You may also request the complete removal of your company’s data and users.

Will I get a refund?
No. When you request contract termination, there will be no refund, as your access to Pipefy will remain active until the end of the contracted period.
There is an exception for cancellations made within 7 (seven) days after the first Order of Purchase or account creation. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount paid. To better understand this topic, refer to clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions.
If I delete all users in my account, will I cancel my subscription?
No. Your account is not canceled by deleting all users in it. You’ll continue to be charged for 1 user.
