You don't have to know much about coding or IT to connect Pipefy to other software.

We offer several features to transfer data between systems, manage users, and control operations:

Here is a quick tutorial about each one of them.

1. Pipefy Apps

In the tools section, you'll find quick access to the following apps:

All you have to do is to select the desired option and enable it.

2. Zapier

If you want to connect other software, use Zapier.

Click on tools, then select integrations. Choose the integration you want and click on Use this zap, or click on the See more Pipefy Integrations link.

3. Identity management tools

To control who has access to your company's account, or to a particular process (pipe), use one of these tools:

4. API

Pipefy's API can integrate internal or third-party systems if they have a public API, and it must accept CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) requests. This mechanism allows a website to access resources from another one, even if it's a different domain.

5. Customized integrations

Pipefy's Enterprise clients can count on custom integrations to attend to on-demand and specific needs.

Use Pipefy Connector to connect Pipefy to any other software, such as Salesforce, DocuSign, or Google Sheets (just to name a few).

Why use integrations?

With a high level of customization, Pipefy's integrations increase productivity and make it easy to attach systems and parts of your operation — plus, you don't need to invest time and money in development or hire someone to do it for you.

By integrating Pipefy with other systems, you can:

  • View and control the entire operation in one place

  • Get rid of repeated information stored in spreadsheets and other tools

  • Ensure information is exchanged between people and tools automatically and without error

Here are some examples of how Pipefy integrations can make your job easier:

Sales and Customer Service

You can connect Pipefy with any CRM or sales software to avoid manual work and automatically complete these tasks:

  • Segment customers and visualize your contact base through lead scoring

  • Send (or receive) follow-up emails, with personalized content according to your needs

  • Gain time to build trusting relationships with your customers, possibly expanding accounts by analyzing each other's needs!

For example, when a new deal is closed in SalesForce, a card is created in Pipefy to start the onboarding process; or, when a new support ticket is opened in Zendesk, a card is created in the Customer Support pipe.

Human Resources

Use Pipefy integrations to automate tasks such as:

  • Update new vacancies on the company's website or on social networks, allowing potential talent to connect with you

  • Send and receive feedback from candidates and employees

  • Collect signatures without having to send numerous emails

For example, when a new position is moved to the “publishing” phase, post the position on the company's LinkedIn page; or, when a candidate is chosen, create a new contributor record in Oracle.

Gain time to review critical departmental metrics, identify potential bottlenecks in the accounts payable process, and assess team performance.

By integrating Pipefy with ERPs or any other accounting software, you will:

  • Organize invoices and send receipts to customers, employees, and suppliers

  • Create audit reports without losing any details or information along the way

  • No fees or penalties for not delivering payments on time

  • Automate expiration dates and exchange information with responsible agencies or suppliers on time

For example, when a payment order is issued by Oracle, move the respective card to the “paid” phase in Pipefy; or, when a new sale is registered in Pipefy, invoice directly to an accounting platform.

Get a well-organized, automated marketing operation by connecting Pipefy to the tools you have.

For example, when an email campaign is sent by MailChimp, the respective card is moved in the Campaign Management pipe; or, when a keyword's performance degrades, a card is created prompting you to review or create content.
