Pipefy can be accessed on computers and mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, according to your preferences. If you want to have Pipefy always at your fingertips, we have something new to share: the mobile app has a new look!

If you were already used to the previous version of the app, some modifications might sound a bit different, but don't worry. We will explain here everything new in the app so you can get the most out of Pipefy. Check out all the points covered in this article:

  1. Pipe List View

  2. Cards Preview

  3. Cards Movimentation

  4. Pipe Filters

  5. Start Form

  6. Notifications

1. Pipe List View

When accessing a pipe, you will see it in a list format and no longer in Kanban. This facilitates the visualization of all phases on the same screen. To open a phase and view all of its cards, just touch the phase name and the cards will appear under the title. All pipe permission rules remain the same.

2. Cards Preview

The closed card in the phase displays the same information previously configured by the admin user, such as title, term, labels, assignee and more. If the phase has too many cards, not all of them will appear immediately. To load more cards from a phase, simply tap Load More while dragging the cards down.

When opening a card, you will see two buttons at the top of it: the left one to open the history and check the Start Form’s information and previous phases, and the right to see the current phase fields. In the bottom area of this page, you can check the activity history of the card, as well as comment and tag team members.

3. Cards Movimentation

You can move a card by opening it at any phase, just touch the button at the bottom of the screen to select the next step. Another possibility is to move the card without opening it. Touch the card and slide it to the left. Two options appear here: a button to delete the card (if you have the permission to perform that action) and another to move it. Click the arrow icon to choose the next phase.

4. Pipe Filters

At the top of the pipe, you can search for any word in the process or search using three smart filters: cards assigned to you, labels, and assignees. The filters are saved even when you exit the pipe, so you don't need to create a new filter every time you access the same pipe.

5. Start Form

To open a new Start Form, just touch the button at the bottom of the pipe screen. The form appears with the same information and rules that were configured previously in Pipefy on the desktop version. Simply tap the same blue button at the bottom of the screen again to add the form to the pipe.

5. Notifications

You can check all your notifications by tapping the bell icon located in the upper right corner. A red dot appears whenever there are new notifications. These notifications can be:

  • When you are assigned on a card;

  • When a card is moved to the final phase of a pipe;

  • When a card is moved from one phase to another;

  • When a card is updated as late;

  • When a comment is made on a card;

  • When you are mentioned on a card.

Once the notifications menu is open, you can tap the notifications related to cards and pipes to be redirected to the respective environment. This makes it much faster and easier to check the information you have been notified about.

🔔 Attention: Whenever you tap the bell icon and open your notifications, the alert will disappear until you receive new notifications — even if you don't touch each one of the messages. To differentiate read from unread, just check which ones appear in bold. Unread ones remain bold until you tap them.
