After opening a card in Pipefy, like an order, purchase request, or support ticket, guest users can follow its status throughout the entire process with the Request Tracker, ensuring they are well informed.

You just have to enable this option in a Public Form before sharing the link with them.

Once it's enabled, the requesters will receive an authenticated link by email, where they access the Pipefy for guests portal and track their requests.

How to enable the Request Tracker

If you have the admin permission in a pipe and want people to track their card’s status (especially if they are external users to Pipefy), simply enable the option in the settings of the Public Form.

📌 At the moment, the Request Tracker is available only for paid plans.

Click on the Share button in the pipe's header.

Click on (1) the switch button to enable the Public Form, and then on (2) Customize, to add your company's logo, texts, colors, etc., and to activate the Request Tracker.

📌 Learn how to customize a public form.

Scroll down and, on the left side menu, find the switch button Requesters can track the progress of their cards. Click to enable it.

Your requesters can now find their cards's statuses. They will receive an email with an authenticated link to track them down.

🔔 Important: All pipes in which the Public Form captures the requester’s email will have the Request Tracker enabled by default and your users will be able to access the tracking screen. If you don’t want this to be available in some of your pipes, don’t forget to disable the email collection.

There are two ways to collect emails on the Request Tracker: first, by inserting an email field into your form or second, through the default setting, asking the person to enter their email address after submitting the form which may or may not be mandatory.

Message exchange

On Pipefy for guests portal, pipe members and requesters can exchange messages through cards.

To do so, the requester has to open the card, click on contact an agent, and write their message.

Every time it happens, you will receive a notification. Open the card to reply to it.

Your card will keep a record of all messages exchanged.
