What are start forms for
With start forms, you can collect the right information to start the process in a standardized and secure way.

Collect information to start the process
Each pipe has a start form to collect data to start a process.
For example, in procurement, the form collects information to start a new purchase request; while in recruitment, it collects information about a candidate.
As soon as the data is sent, it arrives at the pipe as a new card.
Click the plus sign button (+) at the bottom of the pipe to access the form.
How to edit the form
You can customize the form according to your process's needs. Click Edit form to access the editing page, where you can add fields, alter the order, or delete fields.
You can also access the editing page through the Forms tab at the top of the pipe.
How to share start forms
You can share a start form in different ways:
Public form: Anyone with the link or using any page with the embed form can create cards. Learn more about public forms.
Internal form: Only people with access to Pipefy and whom you allow will be able to open cards with the internal form available on the portals page.
Portals: Create portals for your company and enable start forms, centralizing the requests opening safely.
